CrossOver Staff Members
Charolotte Chandler
After being away from CrossOver for many years, Charlotte
has once again returned to her “first call”. As one of the
original co-founders of CrossOver, she performed several
duties: administrative, speaking engagements, individual
mentoring, and leading support groups. Charlotte’s “heart
for ministry” was the result of a dating relationship with a
man who struggled with homosexual issues, and then lived in
the gay lifestyle for a period of time. Through the pain and
hurt, Charlotte reached out to Exodus, and in 1986,
CrossOver began in Lexington, KY. She is now married, and
has three step-sons.
Harold Clayborn
Harold is currently answering God’s call on his life to ministry. He is currently a student at the Kentucky School of Ministry, and will be obtaining credentials with the Assemblies of God. Harold has a heart for discipleship. He has a desire to see all believers grounded and rooted in a strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Cindy Mahan
Cindy is a mentor at CrossOver Louisville. With
gifts of mentoring, encouragement, and speaking, Cindy
desires to inspire and proclaim a message of freedom to
those struggling with unwanted same-sex attractions. After
accepting the love and joy of God, Cindy left the lesbian
lifestyle after 30 years and now uses her journey of
redemption to minister to others.
Lois DeLong
Lois DeLong serves as the Executive Director of CrossOver
Inc. in the state of Kentucky. Since joining the staff in
2004, Lois’ gifts in administration, mentoring, speaking,
encouragement and prayer have been integral for the
ministry’s operation and touching the lives of God’s
children who are hurting and living in despair. God redeemed
Lois in 2001 after living the lesbian lifestyle for more
than 25 years.
