M. Joel Patton, MA
M. Joel
Patton, MA, is a committed mental health professional with
extensive experience in program development and
implementation in the private and public sectors of
behavioral health.
Mr. Patton is a highly motivated and
sought after presenter in faith and secular circles. Mr.
Patton lectures at local Universities and Seminaries and
has authored several articles on his experiences as a
counselor. Additionally, Mr. Patton has owned and or
operated companies in the non-profit and for profit arenas
of business and mental health as well as been the pastor of
several churches in Kentucky.
Currently, Mr. Patton administrates a
private counseling ministry called Under His Wings Christian
Counseling Center. This center is a ministry of Eagle
Heights Church. The flagship ministry of Under His Wings is
a program called “Monday Night OASIS”.
Mr.
Patton lives in Somerset, KY with his wife, Cindy and
teenage son, Drew. CrossOver is honored to have Mr. Patton
on board with CrossOver, Inc.
Terry Vickous

Terry Vickous is a pastor in the United Methodist Church, serving churches in Warren, Wayne, Taylor, and Garrard counties since 1996. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Terry currently resides in Garrard County with his wife and daughter. Two older sons live in Taylor County.
Lloyd Turgeau
Lloyd Turgeau has the heart of a father, and compassion for the Body of Christ. His passion to share the Word of God comes from his desire to see the children grow up into all that the Lord has called them to be. He and his wife have ministered in different capacities for over 20 years. Most recently Lloyd has worked at Isaiah House Ministries a ministry to men with life controlling substance abuse. He is a father of 3 and grandfather of 6. He and his wife reside in Danville, Kentucky.
Melissa Jo "MJ"
Wilson
MJ has served in ministry to the sexually broken for the
past 7 years and has served vocationally as a social worker,
supervisor, and teacher in the Child Welfare profession for
the past 15 years. She is a gifted communicator and is
passionate to see others find freedom as they encounter
God's amazing love. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling
and is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Social
Work (MSW).
