"Storms are raging,

dark as night."

"Like an eagle

I take to flight."

"Above it all

I have no fear."

"I draw my strength

from God so near."

"Into His presence

I must fly."

"He breathes on me

and lifts me high."

"Above the the storm

there is no night."

"Just peace and rest

His glorious light."

"I soar up high

away from harm."

"He protects me there

with outstretched arm."

"I sit with Him

in a place so high."

"Reaching far above

this stormy sky."

"I will have no worry

about storms below."

"That try to toss me

To and fro."

"I stay in His presence

away from strife,"

"Saying peace be still

to the storms of life."
